Transpire'12 was the Fourth National Level Technical Symposium successfully conducted by students of AITians  on December 28 & 29th 2012 in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University,coimbatore.

TRANSPIRE'12:

In the current scenario, Information Technology (IT) has become the tour the force in each and every sector. Likewise, IT can be implemented in agriculture in order to bring about automation in agriculture as well as bridge the existing gap between farmers and scientists by meliorated Information and Communication Technology (ICT) such as Internet, mobile services. This symposium pools all sorts of information technologies for agriculture and aspires to ignite the students to put forth their imaginative ideas and realize the potential of Information Technology in agriculture. The symposium has been named TRANSPIRE as it offers a platform to prove oneself. The top 10 full papers selected from the symposium will be published in the "International Journal for Biological Science and Engineering".
